Quality Assurance

Yampa Precision Manufacturing takes the quality of your part very seriously as we understand the importance of a finished product meeting all requirements and specifications on our customers blueprint. All of our inspections are done following ISO standards. You can view a link to our current certificate on the bottom of this page.  This means everything is documented and all processes are followed and controlled through our Quality Manual. A first article inspection sheet is done with every job to check the first part off the machine by the machinist as well as our inspection department. When the part passes the initial inspection production can begin. In process documented inspections follow part through the entire production process.  When production is complete and the necessary deburring and finishing has taken place the parts go through a final inspection process. During that process we can supply per our customers’ requirements a Certificate of Compliance, Material Certificates, Final Inspection Data along with any other documentation required.
