Yampa Precision was originally founded in 1976 by the Barber family in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The company was named after the Yampa Valley River which flows through Steamboat Springs. In 1982 the Barber family relocated to Prescott Valley, Arizona and moved the business with them. The company was established on the principle of personalized customer service through working to meet our customers’ needs while providing uncompromised quality products. We value our employees as part of our success and we are always working to provide a safe and friendly work environment. Through treating our 46 employees with respect and dignity and as part of our team, more than 50% of our employees have been here 5 years or more. With our excellent team at Yampa Precision we are continually striving to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.
